I’m not going to bother you with chit chat here because we’re in a hurry, remember?
- 1 5oz can tuna (or salmon), undrained. I recommend Wild Planet.
- 5 saltine crackers, crushed
- 1/2 celery stalk, diced
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork.
- Serve on crackers or wrapped in a steamed collard green (makes 2 wraps).
