Cucumber Eye Mask

I used to struggle A LOT with what to buy for people for their birthdays or the holidays, that is, until I stopped worrying so much about what they have/don’t have and struggling to nonchalantly ask what was on their list. Instead, I focus on sharing products that I love with the people I love. The products that bring me joy on a daily basis are things I love to share with others. Below are 12 of my favorite wellness-related items that you should gift to the wellness lover in your life!

(1) Supergoop Everyday Sunscreen

Supergoop Everyday Sunscreen

Sunscreen is super important for skin health, but who wants to cake on greasy, smelly sunscreen every day before they go for a walk at lunch or run errands? Our skin gets a lot more sun exposure than we think.. even a few minutes a few times a day can damage our skin. Enter Supergoop Everyday Sunscreen! I love this product because it’s light and non-greasy, and I don’t feel gross after putting it on. In fact, I usually forget it’s there!

(2) Honest Hazel Eye Gels

Honest Hazel Eye Gels

Baby waking you up in the middle of the night? Boyfriend snores? Crying while watching the Bachelor? I love these eye gels to help with puffiness or dark circles. My favorite time to wear them? On a plane! I like to put in my headphones, play some music, relax and pretend I’m in a spa. Snag this 3-pack and share with a friend! Or don’t.

(3) Jade Yoga Mat

Jade Yoga Mat

I’ve had this yoga mat for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. I’ve tried others but none seem to compare to this one. I use it for normal and hot yoga and it’s cushiony enough without being bulky, and it’s not slippery even when my hands are sweaty!

(4) Aaptiv Subscription

Aaptiv

Aaptiv is the kind of thing you HAVE to share with those you love/anyone remotely interested in fitness. From meditation and yoga to marathon training and HIIT classes, there’s something for everyone in this app. Audio-based fitness has been a game changer for me, and there’s a huge community of users on Facebook who agree!

(5) Stasher Bags

Silicone Stasher Bag

If sustainability (or food prep) is part of your wellness practice, stasher bags should be too. Made of silicone, they’re durable and safe to use in the freezer, oven, sous vide, dishwasher, etc. I use them to store everything from chopped up apples to smoked salmon.

(6) Instant Pot

Instant Pot Duo

Meal prep is huge in the wellness community. Why? Because it helps eliminate food waste, helps people stick to healthy eating, and saves money! Instant Pots are a great kitchen tool because they have so many functions and can reduce cooking times!

(7) Keep Cup

Keep Cup Reusable Cup

From hot lemon water to green tea, even your favorite latte (decaf soy) – this cup is good for it all. I have the 16oz version and I use it every. single. day. It’s great even just for drinking water out of. Bonus points if you bring it to your favorite coffee shop and use it in lieu of a single-use cup.

(8) Cocokind Chia Facial Oil

Cocokind Chia Facial Oil

I love cocokind products because they use natural ingredients, are pretty affordable as skincare goes, and a little goes a long way. This chia facial oil is my go-to daily moisturizer. All you need is 2-3 drops, so the product lasts a long time. I recently changed up my skincare routine and have been using this and I can really notice a difference!

(9) Kindle

Amazon Kindle Paperwhite - Waterproof

You may be wondering what a kindle is doing on a wellness gift guide. But if you really think about it, you probably know why it’s here. When’s the last time you read a book? If you don’t know the answer, you should probably just buy one for yourself. Otherwise, you already know how important it is to take the time to slow down sometimes. It’s hard for me to carry physical books while I travel. I’m a serial over-packer and there’s never room for all the books I want to read. You know what there is room for? A kindle. And let me tell you. There’s nothing better than sitting by a pool or in a hammock with a good book. P.S. – this one’s waterproof. You’re welcome.

(10) Aztec Healing Clay Mask

Aztec Clay Face Mask

At home mud mask! I mix this with apple cider vinegar per the package instructions and it comes out super smooth. I love painting this on with a paintbrush! It makes my skin so smooth after using it.. it’s like having an at-home spa experience.

(11) Coola Sunless Tan (Face)

Coola Sunless Tan Facial Serum

We all know we’re supposed to limit our sun exposure to avoid premature aging (and skin cancer)… but what if we want a sun-kissed glow all winter long? This is where Coola comes in. I love Coola for all of my sun-care needs. I use their sunscreens religiously when I’m out in the sun.. so naturally, it’s one of the only brands I’d trust for self-tanner. I love their face serum because you can use it alone for a quick result, or mix it with your daily moisturizer for something more gradual.

(12) Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree

Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree

You didn’t think I’d get all the way through a wellness gift guide without including a houseplant did you? Aside from improving air quality (think fresh oxygen!), they also add beauty to a space. This fiddle leaf fig from Amazon is a great addition to any house! Pair it with a beautiful pot and you’ll instantly freshen up a dull room.

Do you have someone in your life who could use a little wellness refresh? Grab them some gifts from this list and help them down their path to well-being!
